Programme Manager, Season for Change

The Programme Manager will project manage the Season for Change national programme of launch events, campaign activity, artistic commissions, partnerships and sector-led activities. They will plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate Season for Change activities, alongside the Produce and Communications Manager, working within the host organisation’s (Julie’s Bicycle) guidelines and policies, and their partnership agreement with Artsadmin.

Job title:  Programme Manager, Season for Change 2020

Contract: Fixed-term, 10 month, full time contract (35 hours per week)

Location: Somerset House, London.

Salary: £28,000 p/a (pro rata)

Reporting to: Producer, Season for Change

Line Manager: Managing Director, Julie’s Bicycle

Start date: ASAP (estimated to run from 16 March 2020 to 15  January 2021,

with the possibility for extension)

Hours: 8 hours per day, usually within regular opening hours. Julie’s Bicycle’s office is open from 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. Some evening and weekend work will be required for meetings, performances and events for which time off in lieu can be taken.

Other: 

  • Annual leave is 25 days plus standard bank holidays (pro-rata)
  • Cultural entitlement of £250 (pro-rata) to spend on arts/ cultural events
  • All employees are also able to claim 1 hour a week for personal wellbeing
