Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant

Our new Office Coordinator & EA will be highly organised and personable. They will provide skilled day-to-day support to a busy and inspiring team and will perform Executive Assistant responsibilities for the Director and Leadership Team as and when needed. This role is critical to the organisation and will be involved in developing, implementing and maintaining accurate and efficient processes for all administrative activity.

Job title: Office Coordinator & EA
Contract: Full time / fixed term until June 2020 (possibility to become permanent)
Location: Somerset House, London
Salary: £24,000 p/a (we could offer more to an exceptional candidate)
Reporting to: Managing Director
Start date: ASAP
Normal hours: Office hours are 9.30 – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday
Other: Annual leave is 25 days plus standard bank holidays
Cultural entitlement of £250 (pro rata) to spend on arts/ cultural events
All employees are also able to claim 1 hour a week for personal wellbeing
