Scaled up across the 301 Arts Council funded cultural buildings which reported overall, this would represent a 13,000 tonne carbon saving and \u00a33 million energy bill reduction.  Of the 354 year one evaluation survey respondents, nearly 90% agreed or strongly agreed that &#039;Arts Council environmental reporting has made or can make a positive difference to the arts sector as a whole&#039;.  \u201cEffective change will take the combined efforts of many organisations - change needs the momentum of organisational machinery.
