Claire is an environmental management expert with over 20 years experience. Since joining Julie\u2019s Bicycle in 2012, she has been working with the creative sector to build and support understanding and action on environment and climate change. One of JB\u2019s most experienced consultants, Claire leads a number of Creative Green consultancy projects. She is also involved in Julie\u2019s Bicycle\u2019s cities and policy work, including as Lead Expert for C-Change \u2013 Arts and Culture Leading Climate Action in Cities, an EU-funded network led by Manchester which ran from 2018-2021.<\/p>\n

Before this, Claire worked across a range of sectors and organisations \u2013 large and small, public and private, in the EU and the UK. In her various roles \u2013 from environmental manager at the Guardian to consultant for the European Commission on establishing its own eco-management system and project manager for an environmental NGO, her focus has always been on building understanding and bringing people together to understand and act on environment and climate.<\/p>\n

Claire has a European Masters in Environmental Management and is an Associate Member of the UK Institute for Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA). Originally Irish, she went on to live and work in Belgium, Germany and Austria, before coming to the UK.<\/p>\n\r\n \r\n <\/div> \r\n<\/div> \n\n\r\n
