Ami joined Julie’s Bicycle in July 2022 as a Climate Change & Sustainability Specialist. Prior to joining the Creative Green Team, she worked for several years as a sustainability consultant helping companies from a wide range of industries understand their main impacts and how to respond to these by conducting materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement and developing ESG & sustainability strategies. She also has experience in delivering sustainability reporting projects and in conducting social impact measurement projects.
Ami holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Barcelona. Realising that economics curricula are narrow and detached from critical current challenges like climate change, environmental harms, and inequality, she is interested in ways of tackling sustainability issues from a holistic perspective such as climate justice. As a music enthusiast, and after working alongside the corporate world for a number of years, she decided to shift and get closer to the arts and cultural sector.
