Imogen Cripps

Imogen Cripps headshot Imogen joined Julie’s Bicycle in 2025 as a part-time Researcher. She works across JB to link insights from on-the-ground projects into the wider external context and to build the case for culture and the arts to become more embedded into policy and decision making at all levels.

Her background is in environmental research and policy. She previously worked for the nature coalition Wildlife and Countryside Link where she led working groups across several policy areas, including environmental markets, climate, and international nature policy. Prior to this, Imogen worked at the environmental think-tank Green Alliance where much of her work focused on the Natural Environment theme.

Alongside her work at Julie’s Bicycle, Imogen works as a grower. She is passionate about creating more local food systems and increasing community access to growing spaces.
