OPPORTUNITY: Join FutureEverything’s Nature Directed Incubator. FutureEverything — the organisation that has taken the bold step of appointing Nature to its Board, is inviting collaborators to join its new Nature Directed Incubator. They are looking for partners and contributors interested in exploring or adopting similar approaches. OPEN CALL: The GreenCCIrcle Academy is for creative professionals, green facilitators, educators and trainers in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) in Europe is now live. SESSIONS: From Shrugs to Shifts – Engaging People to Take Action. Behavioural change expert Livvy Drake (Sustainable Sidekicks) is running two-part online sessions to help environmental and social project leads re-engage audiences using behavioural science. Learn how to identify barriers, apply proven tactics, and move people from awareness to action.

FUNDING OPPORTUNITY: Applications for National Lottery Awards for All England are now open for community-led projects – including libraries. Deadline 17 December.
SURVEY: Socially Engaged Arts in Europe – Calling socially engaged arts organisations across Europe! Contribute to a major research project mapping the sector and shaping future support.

OPPORTUNITY: Support the Development of the Palestine Museum of Natural History. The Palestine Institute for Biodiversity and Sustainability (PIBS) at Bethlehem University is expanding its Palestine Museum of Natural History from 120 m² to a national-level 1,360 m² museum showcasing Palestine’s rich natural heritage. They are seeking creative collaborators and volunteers — remote or in person — to help bring new exhibits to life. Roles include taxidermy support, exhibit building, visual design, and curatorial assistance. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major cultural and environmental project.
WASTE MANAGEMENT: The Compost Collective offers tailored composting solutions for arts and cultural organisations, addressing food waste and emissions at events, canteens, and more. With operational, educational, and cultural support, they make composting accessible and effective. Founded by UAL alumni, they bring creativity to climate action, fostering collective environmental impact. Find out more.
LEARNING: BAFTA albert has launched a new academy for screen production – providing information on a range of training and courses depending on level of experience, role or objective. From interactive workshops and courses to specialist courses created in collaboration with leading industry bodies; ScreenSkills, the BFI and the Carbon Literacy Project.
LEARNING: Environmental Heritage and Place – a new research digest from the Centre for Cultural Value. Researchers delve into over one hundred recent research studies and reports to uncover what we know about the relationship between cultural heritage, environments and place.
GUIDE: onboard:earth releases the 5th edition of its Green Travel & Transport Guide – a practical resource for event organisers, featuring 2024 research, case studies, and tools to reduce travel emissions across the live events sector.
FUNDRAISING: Onboard:earth celebrates £740,000 raised for environmental restoration – join them in reaching our £1 million goal by 2026! Onboard:earth is a charity founded by Boomtown Fair, Shambala, and Kendal Calling, working to raise funds for environmental restoration and community renewable energy projects.
FUNDRAISING: IGNITE – Songs of Resistance, Beats for Change. An international music collaboration uniting young UK artists with Indigenous and marginalised communities worldwide to create powerful new tracks for climate justice. Funds support R&D, artistic fees, copyright, and production. Donate now to help launch IGNITE and amplify voices of resilience and change.
