Part of the Transforming Energy Programme, the Capital Investment Ready Programme is open for applications from Arts Council England national portfolio organisations who have made great progress in reducing impact, but are now looking to scale up action towards bigger capital investment. We have an energy spend of at least £100,000 or 50 tonnes of CO2e, per building per year

We have done a building audit or will commission an audit within the first quarter of the programme starting

We have access to at least one-year’s data with monthly meter-reading

We agree to the participant contributions list outlined in the criteria
