Webinar: Creative Digital Impacts

August 25, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Room with blue fibre optics cables arranged like a web, lit up

Digital technology has fast become integral and indispensable in all aspects of our lives; from creative production and programming through to the way that we work, interact and engage with our audiences. Unlike other environmental impacts, such as waste production or smoke from vehicle exhausts, the impact of using digital technology is next to invisible.

How can we start to understand and account for the impacts of digital creations and technology? Are digital impacts actually less damaging than physical? And either way, what steps can be taken to minimise creative digital impacts? This webinar will explore these questions and look at creative approaches to tackling them from across the sector.

Join us to discover case studies and a chance to ask your burning questions about digital impacts across your creative programmes.

This webinar will be led by Julie’s Bicycle’s Environmental Sustainability Project Manager, Becky Hazlewood, and features guest speaker Dan Barnard from Fast Familiar.
