Meet the Participants of ITER 4: Advancing Sustainable International Touring

We are thrilled to announce the names of the participants who will be taking part in the fourth edition of the International Touring and Environmental Responsibility (ITER) Programme, commencing September 2025.
The ITER programme, is an initiative from Arts Council England, the Danish Arts Foundation, and Arts Council Norway, delivered in partnership with Julie’s Bicycle and in futurum.
Structured as two free to attend interactive seminar series followed by an opportunity to apply for project funding, ITER fosters relationships between artists and organisations based in England, Denmark, and Norway, supporting them to develop new, environmentally responsible, inclusive and equitable approaches to international touring and collaboration.
ITER 4 will bring together artists and organisations from the performing arts and music sectors as they take part in two parallel seminar sessions: a programme for ‘Beginners’ for those who will develop their international touring and sustainability work, and a ‘Changemakers’ programme supporting organisations already pioneering new approaches and making fundamental changes to how art is shared internationally.
This year’s Changemakers cohort also includes several alumni from previous ITER editions, reflecting the programme’s growing network and the continued collaboration between past and present participants.
