Season for Change Open Programme Launch

February 2021 – July 2021

The Season for Change Programme 2021 invites all artists and cultural organisations to host events, artworks and actions across the UK to declare their commitment to the environment and inspire urgent and inclusive action on climate change.

In 2021, we want to unite the UK’s creative and cultural community in a global call to action about our earth. Everyone is welcome. Individuals as well as organisations. Large and small. Local and national. Live and digital. Be part of one of the most exciting national collaborations to celebrate our planet.

In the run up to COP26 in Glasgow in November 2021, the UN’s climate change conference, we are asking artists and cultural organisations to join us to celebrate the creative climate leadership of the UK cultural sector.

Your Season for Change activity can take place anywhere – in arts venues, on streets, in schools, at festivals, on beaches, in libraries or museums and across broadcast, film, fashion and music. We invite you to use culture to showcase sustainable practice and inspire climate action.
